I looked over your diary and I strongly believe you´re overwatering. Even though you are using coco coir, the substrate needs to dry before the next watering. Try watering every 3/4 days, 10 litres per pot. Twice with water, once with fertilizer. And see the reaction.

I'm in UK and couldn't do just 1 plant wouldn't be worth the electric cost
