As mentioned before they were difficult to clone, meaning that it took more than 7 days for roots to appear, while the clones start to lose vigour. The only mistake I can think of is that the temperature in the dome was too low (consistent at 22 degrees Celsius). After a difficult start (lasted around 10 days) the huge stretch these plants have after being forced to flower, and thanks to the long flowering time of 70 days, they managed to thrive eventually and rewarded my patience with an amazing yield :-D. The claimed 70 flowering time is questionable. Taking their difficult start into consideration, I think they still would have needed at least 80 days to mature.

Great, little plug and play cabinet. Best suited for more compact plants, however, with the right strategy large (sativa) plants can successfully be cultivated as well.

Actually planned to harvest on Sunday but after their last minimal watering yesterday, they deteriorated quite a bit, so I decided that the perfect time was today (1-4) instead. They ripened a bit unevenly, i.e. one of the lower buds showed a 'banana' flower which indicates over ripeness. However, all of the top buds still had some white pistils. The yield is quite simply amazing and probably a PR for me with the G-Tools cabinet. Dry yield could actually turn out to be around 200 g high-grade, organic Haze! I'm trying to keep the drying environment cool and dry. Can't control the humidity which is still very low at the moment (30% RH) but a steady and ideal temperature of around 20 degrees is achievable in current conditions. The pictures speak for themselves.. I'll keep you posted on the end product in a month or so. Update: am running a humidifier in the drying space to increase humidity to around 40%, ensuring a cool and slow drying process.

Does anyone have experience with trimming off the fan leaves in the last days up to harvest? Specifically, does it speed up the ripening process?

Don't do it, she needs those leaves to make the energy she needs to finish flowering. Removing those leaves will reduce the amount of energy being made and will slow maturation, not speed it up! The theory that making a plant "think" it is being eaten so will make extra trichomes is botanically impossible and BS. A plant can only make as many trichomes as it is genetically programmed to, no more than that. If it were possible to make extra trichomes by doing something unusual, there would be books written about it!
