Harvested, fan leaves trimmed off, hung to dry in 63°F & 55% relative humidity. They will hang for around 14 days, is my guess.

@Ju_Bps, thanks, friend. I'm bummed the timer melted and I didn't notice until the leaves changed. I got comfortable and lazy with this set-up, so I've been making sure to check on everything at least once a day. I learned a terrible lesson and I don't want to repeat it!
