Week 2: Overcoming Challenges and Protecting My Plants Full-Time Greenhouse Living This week, my plants have transitioned to staying full-time in the greenhouse. The controlled environment provides them with the stability they need during these crucial early stages. Solving the Snail Problem I'm excited to share that I've found a solution to the snail problem! My plants are now placed on a large saucer, which I've elevated on an upside-down flower pot. So far, no snails have been able to climb up and reach my precious cannabis plants. This setup seems to be a simple yet effective barrier against these persistent pests. Managing Humidity Initially, I kept the greenhouse entrances completely closed because the temperatures were not very high. However, as the humidity levels increased too much, I had to open the entrances halfway. In the evenings, I close everything again. This routine seems to be working well so far, maintaining a balanced environment for my plants. Observations and Adjustments The plants are responding positively to their new environment. They appear vibrant and are showing signs of robust growth. Regular monitoring allows me to make any necessary adjustments promptly, ensuring they continue to thrive.
