My first (ambitious) grow

Day 14: Changed the water, kept conditions constant, balanced the nutrients and pH (which was tricky), and everything went well with this it seems. Day 18: The light failed. I lost 3 hours of light in the morning. Ran to the grow shop and realised that the light was ok and I had wired it incorrectly. It worked when I brought it home, and rewired it. But the 3 hour loss bothered me a bit. Day 19: Trimmed the growth tips on the first 2 nodes. Added more clay pellets to increase stability. Day 20: Realised that the cheap ass timer I had been sold at the supermarket was in fact a dud and was failing. This resulted in 24 hours of light, and after this the plant was visibly stressed with slightly off-color leaves. I replaced this timer.
