@xjoey191x, You won't be able to tell for sure until quite some time. You'll need to veg her for another two weeks and then give her a few days of 12/12 lighting. You'll know the difference between a pre flower node and an actual flowering node when you see it. You'll see either a collection on pollen sacks forming signifying a male or you'll see a long white pistol coming from a single small calyx signifying she's a female. What you have now is just a natural pre flowering node. All plants get them. I really hope that helps buddy.
