Are you feeding them any nutes mine at 38 days are way way way bigger than that

I wonder if #2 my runt all along, might have had genetic issues. It was the runt all along and the spots all over the leaves are only showing on the 1 plant. #3 has started to fade in color slightly the last few days also. I wonder if this could be from the light being to close. Never had an issue running the lights that close on photos. Would to hear your guys opinion. Thanks for any help, happy growin and smokin.
