Congrats on the grow! Came across this on the home page. I looked at both diaries and I believe I may be able to help. I think you are over watering. If the stats are correct (a spray isn't a valid measurement, but assuming any spray it would still be to much) Second the amniesia looks over watered. it is stunted small and clawing in. My guess is the leaves are soggy feeling. Here's something that might help and how it was originally explained to me. When the plant is in early veg / germ it is best to water and wait for it to almost completely dry out the first couple times after a transplant. The reason being is the roots need to go searching for water and or nitrogen in order to spread out. If it is always wet then they wont develop youl get salt build up where they arn't its just alot of problems. What I do, I plant into a started pod (you dont have to a solo cup works fine) when I put the sprout and pod into the solo cup (maybe 5 days in) I put it in with pre mix and watered coco that I fill the new container with. I usually dont water at all for about a week. (ambient humidity 34% 74F.) When I do water with the next week I make sure its a good thourough water then wait again usually about 4-7 days. So basically Im soaking the solo cup 1 time a week. Now this could change based on your environment yes, however with a seedling its just so much of a difference...... I wouldn't get to caught up in peoples germ times or water cycles in comparing them to your own. You can train a plant to drink more and in some ways thats better but in alot of ways not. Also sometimes diaries are misleading. If you look at mine for example each day that referenced for each week has plant conditions including nutes, but that doesnt mean I watered that day it just means that's what its currently feeding. Anyways I know thats a book and a half but I figured it might help you. I, and alot of us on here, have made that exact same mistake. I even do now sometimes. Good luck!
