Jelly Bananen starts out with a cerebral rush, right behind the eyes, then eases into a comfortable state of relaxation on the body while still able to fully function in the mind. Great strain for invoking creativity, social gatherings, and/or playing video games. Aromas of chocolate, cream, and banana flood my nostrils upon opening the jars. This particular strain had a few issues throughout the grow. It was the only strain to respond to the light stress by "nannering", which left me disappointed. I admit that most, if not all, of the issues with my plants stemmed from my lack of experience. I will be growing this strain again in the future once I have zeroed in on my craft as a gardener. This 5-star rating seems almost unfair because I'm a beginner gardener, and I love the effects. I'm strictly going off of GrowDiaries rating chart. I'm sure a much more experienced gardener would really bring out the potential of these genetics.

This was my very first tent purchase. Aside from having to sew the zipper lining back together in a few spots this tent is a pretty solid budget option. I don't really like how wobbly it was after unzipping two sides, though. The bars aren't as sturdy as I would like. The zippers, however, are such a joy to zip and unzip. I never had any catches or tears, and I could zip the tent quietly if I really needed to. Very minimal light leakage, I'm talking a few needlehead-sized punctures. This is a solid budget tent, as stated above.

Jelly Bananen was the strain I was looking forward to the most. There wasn't much information on it when I initially ordered the seeds, but I was intrigued by the breeder's description nonetheless and decided to give it a shot. In flowering, there were two incidents where the light schedule was interrupted unexpectedly. In response, the plant started to produce "nanners". Ironically, Jelly Bananen was the only plant in the garden to do this. I produced 88g of dry weight, not knowing what to expect on the scales. I'm sure that 88g on one plant is probably pretty bad, but it should only get better from harvest to harvest, am I right? Will be coming back to this strain again in the future, once I have a few harvests in the books. 🙌

Yellowing with grey/light brown spots occurring on the Glookies plants (starting from the tip of the leaf). I believe it may be due to the Fox Farm Ocean Forest soil mix but any advice or input on what is possibly happening is greatly appreciated. Fingers also fused together.

Yea it's the soil my friend, Fox Farm Ocean Forest seems to be too "hot", this happens all the time, Fox Farm is great company though, I personally use their Happy Frog soil which is perfect.

I can't match them with any of the common pests for Cannabis plants. I thought maybe juvenile Aphids or mealybugs at first, but I'm just a noob. I've only found 3 of these near the uppermost growth, attached to the base of fan leaf/stem. Plucked them with tweezers and they crunch

These are Mealy bugs, aphids very rarely attack ligneous stem. Just in time to hand removal ang alcohol cleaning. Cheers
