Platinum Gelato II and Garlic Storm II

Another week... 1 day late.. Completed 36fd for PG and 33FD for GS.. PG - Wow is she filling in. The 3x3 will likely have more weight than the 4x4. Not much smell. This is consistent with first run. Was hoping one of these fuckers would have some strong taste, but it's not looking likely. Still going to breed it, as it has some good characteristics. Much more resistant to mildew than GS. Pops a shit load of trichomes... good structue... I gave up too early on PG3. I thought it was frail early and did not clone it for breeding.. the back-left plant is the type of indica/sative structure i like -- can make it bush out, but not a ton of further side-branching... so you get nice long colas that fill up well. I think the early issues was simply being too close to a few GS clones. those fuckers can't fight off a disease worth shit.. but so tasty, so stinky! GS - Fighting battle with mildew.. these plants are just weak AF in this regard. They developed the problem in bloom last time. First run these two plants were in same enclosure and PG had no signs of it sitting next to these plants. Each time i t hink it's gone... 7-10 days later it shows up again. unfortunately, there's a limit as to what i can treat the plants with... potassium carbonate burns the shit out of the leaves and pistils... i'd use that maybe 10-14 days out, but i don't want to inhibit growth or cause nanners at this point. May go with sodium bicarbonate based (cornell formula) spray... Removed a shit ton of foliage today. The smell from the GS plants is strong. The entire room stinks like blueberrys. My arms were covered in sticky shit removing leaves... oops. Gonna find an arm hair for sure, lol forgot in my haste. Based on last run, i am confident the minor mildew spots are not going to ruin anything. Definitely should have cleaned up some axillary growth, but these plants weren't going to fill out space well so i wanted every gram possible. (logistics of getting things done by a certain time... other reasons paramount)
