Transplant now, into a 5 gallon, would be my advice. The pots you are using are really only big enough for 10-14 days. Filling them right up to the top next time would aid in root development and help prevent any chance of stunting them. I usually transplant when they get to the third node, forth node maximum. Lower it to 18", and bump in up 10% per day until you see the tips start to stress. Light stress looks like nute burn but the tips dont turn down, they just yellow right at the tip. Hope this helps, good luck with your grow!

Yeah bro bend away.. I agree with organoman - around 3-4 weeks in they won’t recover or bend back towards the light really anymore like they would normally in veg or early flower. Even if you got to after that, it’s the only thing you can do sometimes to have space in your tent - I’ve bent colas over to 90 degrees (“supercropping”) late in flower with no real issue
