Another great week of gardening!
Nutrition: All of the first weeks nutrients are in the coco. The nutrient mix I supplied is what I started feeding today.
Temperatures were pretty consistent throughout the week. The humidifier was not seated properly on one occassion leading the humidifier to leak & humidity to get up pretty high.
Ph initially posed a slight challenge, I struggled to get correct PH to begin & I may have been a little hjgh, I like close to 5.8 for this primarily peat based coco mix I am working with.
There are a couple of the seedlings that were & are still showing some signs of stress... I am thinking either the pH imbalance I mentioned or overwatering contributed to the poor health of Honduras 5, Malawi 3, & Malawi 5.
Malawi 3 & 5 appear to be stressed.
Honduras 5 appears to be stunted compared to the group.
Malawi 4 appears to be mutated. Rather than sprouting its typical first set of true leaves, it sprouted 1 first deformed almost webbed leaf with points close to the base & 1 three finger first true leaf!
The babies have been transplanted... they grow up so fast ๐ช ๐คง ๐ฉ
Hopefully I will update you all next week with photos of some healthy green plants that will be going into flower at the end of week 2!
Good luck with your grow I hope you get the best taste of buds and healthy plants! Take care and stay lit! I will drop by sometimes to check on your process! Say hello if you ever visit my page!
