The stunted plant took off this week, and is actually looking a lot more healthy and vibrant than the other plant due to the other one having buildups on the roots that led to a cal/mag/nitrogen deficiency and had to be rinsed off. It stunted the growth and affected the leaves badly, but I think I fixed the issue because the new root growth looks good, and the symptoms haven’t continued much on the new leaf growth. The sick plant was trained before it started showing symptoms, and I removed the wires as soon as I noticed it was sick. The healthier looking plant was lightly trained and seems to be taking to it very well. I’m not trying to do extensive training with these, but just enough to open up more areas to some light. The silica I started adding this week has been working well also, and the stems went from being quite thin to being thicker than a pencil in less than a week with it added.
