Gelato Auto Fastbuds

So this is my first growing experience with autoflowers and I am curious what they have to offer. We are 3 weeks from planting and I noticed some spots and discolored patches on the leaves which had me concerned. Is this the infamous tobacco mosaic virus{tmv}, cause at the time I smoked cigarettes and thought maybe I had a role in this. I did a ton of research on tmv and anything else that could cause these issues, nothing seemed to fit the description to what was happening so I reached out to fastbuds directly and they had thought maybe a pest infestation but that wasn't the case because I had set up preventive measures before I started and there was no visible pest in sight. They had also mentioned that I should raise my light because i asked them if it was normal for the three strains i had to flower so early at day21. It concerned me that they were particularly small when they started to show pistils but raising the lights and preflower stretch is crazy! Oh height is a guess as I wasn't measuring them.
