Hey there, they look mostly milky to my eyes as well. Maybe 30/70/0 ratio of clear, milky, and amber. Harvest time can be somewhat personal for the effects you are looking for. For me, I would wait for a scattering of amber, then harvest in a week after that. Something like 10/80/10. So probably a couple more weeks for you.
