Well, i shouldn't try to disturb them too much to avoid extra stress, they are already stressed due to your light burn, you can like cut only the burned part with scissors (like we do with our clones) and provide something like voodoo juice or bioheaven

It a little bit late but you can place a net a try to bend the plants gently,but really gently! Prevent! next time,you know how it's gonna end whit those strains 😉👊🏽 In my sog,a plant stretched a lot,and i gently fixed her at the angle of the tent 🤷‍♀️ Good luck 🍀👊🏽
