Nitrogen toxicity, leave/shoot grew in cover of others and you just pulled him out from dark, direct wind blowing constantly into that part.

@Go4Gav, my last grow was an HPS and LED combined for a total of 650 watts out of the wall. My new grow light is 400w but supposed to be 2.5 g/w? I'm hoping!!

@WeedDude, thank you! The meter is called "ppfd meter" found in Google play. It's pretty good once you figure out the calibration.
