Should have started week one but here’s the lowdown. Started seeds in a cup of water. All cracked by next day. Placed them in coco cups (love these things) with fox farm frog soil for some nutrients while seeding and a shot of root blast 2 cm below seed. Week 2 healthy roots burst through the cups and fems were transferred to 3lbs fabric pots and Washington coco medium.
Topped week 3 when 6-8 laterals were showing and used LST training throughout vegetation. Broke a couple branches and more lateral branches shot out. Week 5, 7, and 8 defoliated heavily and they just keep springing back healthier than ever. So far only adjustment I had to make is White widow is sensitive to watering so had to split feedings to two times a day by week 5 to not overwater.
I built a regulated room so temperatures range between 72-75 F and a dehumidifier runs constantly blowing dry air into the oscillating fans keeping humidity at 45-50% in the veg stage and 35-37% in flowering. The lights are overlapping for the best coverage and wattage per square foot. The floor is laid with porcelain to not give mold a home to grow in. Only thing missing is a trellis net but it’s too difficult to reach the center plant. Feeling good. No issues to report and girls are large and filled with tops and strong lateral branches.
