Just letting them chill. Water when needed. Switched to spring water. Tap is to heavy. Fingers crossed with growing grass with my grass. Trying to make a better soil platform for my conditions.

Your temps are hot and your RH is low.
This could be another reason they are browning up on you, this is on top of what @Organoman said.
