Here’s on the first week after switched the light cycle from 18 to 12 I have noticed the one in the middle is hermy so I’ve removed it

One plant looks like it has stopped living harvest or keep going? One plant on the left corner the fan leaf and sugar leaf are very yellowing and looks like it’s dying The hairs 50% still white and sticking out should I harvest like this or it could keep going until it ripen
