Pluto Cut Autoflower R F3 - Water Only

I noticed some leaves are dying off at the bottom of the plant. I also noticed some odd speckled spots on a couple of other leaves. I reached out to the Green Sunshine Co to get their opinion. I think it's too early for the plant to naturally consume itself. Positive side is the rest looks healthy! Will update next week on what their diagnosis was.
