Had issues with mold, so I placed directly in the sun and sprayed with hydrogen peroxide . I feel like she is stretching. Becoming worried about her.

Yep, quite common and the plant will be fine.
Forget the molasses, it does basically nothing.
Get some fulvic acid, humic acid and amino acids, these will actually do wonders for your plant.
