That's a sativa so you've got 3 "launch windows" : 1st- Harvest when most of the trichomes are clear = clean & energetic high. 2nd - when they are mostly cloudy =the perfect balance (to me). 3rd - when they are 30%amber and more = sedative/couch lock . According to your pictures somes leaves have cloudy trichomes while some have mostly amber trich , so you should also take a look at the calyxes/buds/sugar leaves on differents parts of the plant to get a general idea of your trichomes maturation as it could change from a bud site to another.
