Might have been a bit to close to the light in week 1 if it was at 100% but I think your main problem on why they are stunted is because you transplanted an autoflower. They do not like their roots disturbed in the slightest. They then went into flower shortly after. I have seen this type of issue in my grows before and now I try and never transplant autos, I grow them in there final pot, normally a 3gal. On your next grow try this and I bet you will grow much larger plants. One other point I think that will also help you is using 1/2 to 1/4 strength nutrients or monitoring the PPM/EC of the solution your feeding them, can do this with a TDS Pen. Harvest now, before you lose even more to mould/rot, they look plenty ready to me anyhow.
