Give it one flush and then wait to dry enough. I would definitely then continue with giveing some nutes if the Easy Boost in soil is all you've given by far - I like to use it too but still supplement with other things, for example their Bloom Booster. You'll be getting more light/air into the lower bud sites which will improve those buds so yeah, what you've done is good! You can LST at any time in the grow - i.e., pull the branches out and somehow tie them in place.. they make great LST clips that you can even use up top where the branches are more flexible (it kind of looks like you might be running out of head room!) ...
