In the two images you have provided there is no WPM that I can see. Ignore the milk wash it wont do shit for you. The white stuff is damaged leaves and faecal matter. This all boils down to a thrip infestation! thats what there damaged leaves look like. You need to kill the thrips, the little yellow bugs in the photo you took show them, they are small and annoying. Sometimes they are black or grey, these ones are yellow. Given you have just entered flower you options are limited but not zero, soap n water can work but needs to be rinsed off. Also Permethrins would work. Usually predator solutions take some time to establish and start working in your favor.. so if chops around the corner, I don’t see much point in it..
