๐Ÿ†˜ My Ladies are so drooping for weeks now. Iโ€™ve been letting them dry out and still, droop central, what else could be causing it? Low humidity (mine is currently 58%)? Please help.

Honestly, the soil looks awfully dry and I'm wondering if, when you water, you're giving them enough water? The whole pot should be wet and you should get some runoff - even just a little. When I don't know how much she needs, I let the runoff collect in the saucer/tray and let it sit there for 5 minutes or so to see if the pot soaks it back up... if it does, I give more water ... and I keep doing that until no more water is soaked back up into the soil... at that point, I pitch the water that has accumulated in the saucer/tray. You're right to let her dry out completely - but you also want to make sure you're giving the plant all the water she needs. They will start drinking a lot more as they go into flower... Good luck!

I burned this little lady and stunted her. This is my second grow. Thereโ€™s some sizable buds under some of the top of the leaves.

So you burned her and stunted her - so what? She's growing and she's growing nicely! Autos will just simply survive a lot of abuse (trust me, I know!) and still give a good harvest... and think of all you've learned from your mistakes! Your next grow will teach you even more - growing autos is a challenge which is why I grow them! If you've got good bud sites underneath some big fan leaves, you might consider a bit of defoliation ... this is a good article to read to learn the why, the how and the when of defoliation... https://www.growweedeasy.com/nebulas-super-simple-3-step-defoliation-tutorial - just approach it cautiously, go slowly with it since you can always cut off more but you can't put leaves back that you've cut... Getting more light to those buds underneath will help them get bigger and more useful increasing your yield. You might also consider adding a good PK booster to your nutes at this point since what the plant is now doing is concentrating on those buds and PK is going to be the most important to them... something like General Hydroponics KoolBloom liquid (NPK 0-10-10). Good luck - she really DOES look much better now! And she'll give you a good harvest...

Someone recommended freeze drying my harvested nugs. I've done research on it to a degree. Have you tried freeze dry weed and does anyone recommend it for quality rugs to be smoked?

okay, so something like "Cannatrol" You can DIY a thermoelectric wine cooler (not a 'condensor' type) -- need to make sure it selas up properly to control RH% with some boveday 2-way packs -- just like cigars in a humidor... but those packs have limits as far as how much it can absorb, so you need to dry to some level first before using equipment liek this... The humidity control packs can only absorbe so much moisture before it stops doing so due to physical limit. Think freeze drying would remove all or nearly all of the moisture.. which might be fine for long term vacuum sealed storag (big maybe?), but not great for anything you intend to smoke without reconstituting with some moisture. Cured weed has the "right" amount of moisture, not devoid of it. in my experience if it dries too fast it impacts results... may or may not be true. others tend to feel same way, but i have enough humility that if testing is done that proves otheriwise, i'd drop that belief like a bad habit. so many factors invovled, and easily confused as to what causes what. "also reading that the buds are light and airy -" -- if true this makes sense... law of conservation of mass... if it doesn't shrink, it is less dense. mass is neither manifesting nor disappearing (water loss through evaporation, but still exists elsewhere). if the remaining bud mass doesn't shrink, it's still the same mass without the water = > less dense resulting nugs. (maybe bad or good, i'm not guessing on that... taste test would tell you everything... forgot what it looks like.. that's not relevant to smoke quality)
