Primeiro grow (first grow)

This was a difficult week I would say it was the worst week in my grow. The leaves of my plant were always dark green, however I had never added any nitrogen solution because the soil has roots from an old plant, which release nitrogen along the time, as I thought the growth was slow, I believed it was because of the lack of nitrogen, since this is one of the symptoms of its deficiency, so I added around 200ml of coffee grounds mixed with water, a nitrogen toxicity happened, I believed at the beginning it was overwatering but I let the soil dry and the watering frequency was regular, that's when I noticed the toxicity, the younger leaves are being born very slowly and thin and twisted down (claw effect), since then I'm only watering with but I do not see significant improvement or growth, but not all the new leaves were affected, This week a leaf fan was born with a the spot of lighter green, this leaf soon yellowed and now is much. Should I just continue watering or should I flush? I am going to change the vase this week, the plant has been shown to be female, despite this I will wait for the recovery of the plant to start the flowering period. Sorry for bad English. Esta foi uma semana difícil, diria que foi a pior semana no meu grow.As folhas da minha planta sempre foram verde escuro, porém nunca havia adicionado qualquer solução de nitrogênio porque o solo possui raízes de uma antiga planta, que liberam nitrogênio ao longo do tempo, como achei que o crescimento estava lento, acreditei que era pela falta do nitrogênio, já que este é um dos sintomas de sua deficiência, então adicionei em torno de 200ml de borra de café misturada com água,aconteceu uma toxicidade de nitrogênio, acreditei no início que era overwatering mas deixei o solo secar e a frequência de rega estava regular, foi então que notei a toxicidade, as folhas mais novas estão nascendo muito devagar e finas e retorcidas para baixo (efeito garra), desde então estou regando somente com água mas não vejo significativa melhora e nem crescimento, porém nem todas as folhas novas foram afetadas. Nesta semana nasceu uma fan folha com uma mancha de verde mais claro, esta folha logo amarelou e agora está mucha. Devo continuar só regando ou devo fazer um flush? vou trocar o vaso esta semana, a planta mostrou ser fêmea, apesar disso vou esperar a recuperação da planta para inciar o período de floração.
