I was doing twice a day so I brought it down to one for 5 min. *Editors Note: At this time I was running 150 CFM inline fan and my tent would puff up. Like a dummy I didnt realize this was a bad thing. I had high temperatures even though air being pumped in from the top and some air was being sucked out by the fan cause I could feel it I just didnt know it was enough until I got a 200 CFM and saw the difference. My recommendation is nothing under 200cfm. Spend the money. dont bother with those 150cfm inline fans you see on ebay. Get the 200 ones and above.
