Coming along nicely, only feeding when required and not overwatering while trying to get as much air in as possible. Complete newbie forgive me as I’ve entered previous nute solution for previous weeks incorrectly, correct as from now.

I want more center penetration for middle bud sites, can I train the main canopy more without stressing her to slow down growth and also to avoid bud rot in center when she fattens up?

Hello ! She looks well trained to me , in flowering I would not bend the stems anymore as they are no more flexible like when she was younger. To avoid bud rot you need to low the humidity to 30% at the end of flowering and to create a good airflow around your buds with a fan ( with a 90° rotation in one of the cornes ). I hope it will help you 😁👍
