If your plants seem healthy and not underfed then no reason to raise your nutrients. Your runoff EC numbers are more useful as a baseline to inform you of changes before plant symptoms show up. For instance if your runoff typically runs at .7 and you notice it's starting to climb over time, that's a good sign of salts building up.
