We have just entered week 8 and day 50. She is really taking her time in growing but is all good! More updates coming your way as the week progresses on! Day 50 - Dropped some last LST on the main stem. Day 51 - While i had said i would not do any more LSTing due to space limitation today i decided to do some more LSTing; the most drastic LSTing i have done today! Hopefully she will bounce back in the next 24 or so hours. She is again about 24cm long but i think she will go back to 30 within a day or 2. Day 52 - NYE, I continued the LSTing to put every stem into a good position for the weeks to come. Day 55 - First bud sides have been formed! :) Day 56 - Last day of week 8. Today her leaves were all curling down. Since this was not due to an over watering or under watering issue, and neither it was a nutrient issue, the only other option which i could also feel was the temperature. Unfortunately temperature dropped below 15 degrees. After turning on the AC unit and setting the temperature back at 23 degrees and giving her a couple of hours, now all all leaves are standing up loud and proud. But today's main event was that i selectively defoliated about 15 leaves which were in the way of light and i also lollipop-ed a few lower canopy colas that didn't get that much light. If only i had more growing space i would have just considered them cuttings and tried to grow them along the main one, but space is a bitch, i can barely take care of 1 girl.. :( Over all week 8 turned out to be really great, looking forward to week 9 and to more cola development! To enter week 9 i offered her a mixture of all sorts of nutrients, my method is rather unorthodox but that was the best i could find at my local gardening shop. Also i may have put a little bit too much nutrients inside... Next week will show if i did any good at all! :p

At which stage of flowering should i change to a bloom fertilizer? Currently "flowering" period has just started 2 days ago and it will need about 7-8 weeks until to be ready for harvest. At which stage of flowering is nitrogen not needed at all anymore?

Hello! Well Nitrogen will be needed during the whole life cycle but the amount isn't the same in veg / flowering and late flowering do the only moment you don't need nitrogen anymore is when you will flush your plants just before harvest. So in veg and early flowering ( the 2 first weeks) they require more an higher amount of nitrogen than in middle and late flowering and that is why the bloom nutrients also contain nitrogen. So to answer your question you will need to decrease nitrogen at the end of week 2 and slowly increase the P and K. I hope it will help you 😁✌️🏼

Hey the HGMary, you've got burnt tips - a tell tale sign of nutrient burn 🔥 in case you're wondering what to do , flush by watering until run off then add 20% more water, and squeeze out excess water by squeezing the grow bags . You can cut the nutrients by half and still get good results ! Hope this helps ! 🚀

Do you think the yellowish leaves are because of nutrient deficiency, a nutrient burn, or just her fall colors?

We can already say it isn't her fall colours ( senescence ) because the yellowing would not come with burn tips/leaves ( check out my blue dream diary , I have scenescance without the burnt ) and a scenescance would have been different , the yellowing would have been on the older leaves first which is not your case. The same for the nutrient deficiency , it would have been from yellowing from the bottom to the top for a mobile nutrient def ( in your case it can looks like a potassium deficiency but it isn't ) or on the new leaves for a immobile nutrient deficiency ( iron, zinc , ect) . So the only solutions that remain are the Nutient burnt and it looks like that in your case , with burnt tips on a perfectly healthy plant OR the light too close from the plant causing this ( 10 cm is low ) so if I were you I would up that led a bit and low a bit my nutrient input 😊
