First Grow w/ T5's and 700w LED

Started in rapid rooters and transferred into an 18oz solo cup filled with 40% coco coir (washed), 30% perlite/ vermiculite, and 30% compost. No nutrients will be supplied until they are transferred into 1-gallon containers. At that point, they will be put in roots organic with a slight buffer of the aforementioned mix to prevent nutrient burn. I have been able to keep the temperature relatively stable between 65F - 83F with a relative humidity between 30% - 65%. I am starting this grow in a closet because the windows in my house are supposed to be replaced in the next 1-2 months and my landlord probably doesn't want me growing cannabis in the property. Once the windows are replaced I will be switching into a 4x3x7 tent that has a main chamber of 3x3x7 and veg/clone side of 1x3x7. I am using T5's currently but plan on switching to a mars hydro 600w LED (350 actual wattage). Transplant plan: 18oz>1 gallon (roots orgnic)>2.5 or 3 gallon (half strength super soil) > 5 gallon smart pot (full strength super soil).
