The other brown spots are caused by a calcium deficiency. This could have 2 reasons. The first reason is that you do not provide enough Calcium. You can solve this by adding a Cal-Mag supplement into your feeding schedule. The second reason can be that the pH is off causing a nutrient lockout for Calcium.
