Welcome back to our Gary Payton grow diary! As we enter Week 4, our Gary Payton plants are continuing to thrive, although they are now showing signs of being root bound. This robust hybrid is progressing well, but the need for a transplant is becoming critical. Week 4 Highlights: The plants have experienced significant growth this week, with new leaves developing and the overall structure becoming even more robust. The vibrant green color indicates their continued health. The root systems have expanded significantly, and the plants are now on the verge of being root bound. This situation underscores the importance of the upcoming transplant to ensure they continue to grow without restriction. The TrolMaster-controlled 4x4 tent continues to provide an optimal environment, maintaining precise control over light, temperature, and humidity. This consistent setup is essential for the plants' health. The 12.5L pots have been thoroughly cleaned and are ready for the transplant. This preparation will ensure a smooth transition and minimize stress for the plants. Upcoming Plans: In Week 5, we will be transplanting the plants into their 12.5L permanent homes. This move is critical to prevent the plants from becoming root bound and to support their continued growth. We will also begin topping and training the plants using the SCROG (Screen of Green) method. This technique helps manage plant height, ensures better light distribution, and promotes higher yields. A tailored nutrient schedule will be introduced to support vegetative growth. Balanced feeding is crucial for maintaining the plants' health and vigor. Regular monitoring of environmental conditions and plant health will continue. Stay tuned for more updates as we continue this exciting journey with our Gary Payton plants. Stay lifted, Salokin

pH is very important!
Salokin
Salokin
@nonick123, absolutely right, I usually always ph, but somehow got away with not doing it in the biobizz all mix & plagron combination. The entire Anesia run nothing was ph‘d or ec‘d same for my other tent right now. Just didn’t like the thought of putting my ph meter in that alga line from plagron, but doing it now and it seems to be working…..

@Still_Smoq, thank you buddy:) they are getting greener now/darker. Must be that other soil I’m playing with. Drainage is much better than the all mix, but it seems to be causing issues, as I now need tonlos after ph in my organic grow….
