Plant #3 has some leaf damage. I think it's a problem with the soil mix. Maybe too much vermiculite. I'll do it differently next time.

I think I figured out what's going on with the one plant that is suffering. There was unusual exposed root growth at the top of the soil... I have never seen anything like that before. Anyway, I top dressed the plant with around 1# of black earth. I'm hoping this will solve the problem.
