If you see the package for your avg LED light bulb, you will notice it always appears something like "9W power, equivalent to 60W incasdencent" or something similar. In my case, I'm using bulbs that draw 9W-11W of real power each, but "simulate" 60W-75W. It won't probably be enough to sustain a ton yield plant, but I just wanted to carry out an experiment and it has arguably succeeded :)

@alvitofr, The results speak for themselves! What is the rig you've got the bulbs hooked up to? And forgive my naivety but what are 'fake' watts? 😅
