Those are some nice christmas trees you got there! ;) as far as the date goes, if you mean the one that seed banks give that's just a general guide on when to expect a harvest, and usually they put the best possible outcome in ideal conditions, but of course many factors can influence this. I would suggest you invest in a small pocket microscope if you haven't already, and start checking the trichomes. The harvest window is when they are between milky and ember colored. Now this is purely personal preference so it's up to you, milky for a more head high, ember for a more stoney feel. You still have a few weeks to go for sure, the pistils are still 90% white. No one can really tell you when the plant is ready except the plant itself, so pay attention and you're golden ;)
