She's looking amazing! The smell and stickiness is out of this world! It smells like a cherry limeade with a hint of orange. She's got buds everywhere, almost too many. Kinda worried about mold with how sticky and compact she is. How about the white tipped buds, is that a bad thing? Too much light? I'm still only using the bloom nutrients because that's all I have. Would honey do the same thing as the molasses? I really hope I can get a seed or two from this plant! Had I known it was going to be this good I would of made many many clones! I haven't been this excited since I first noticed I could grow a beard! Lmao this is a highly anticipated harvest! Should I defoliat one more time ?

I would also say it's a personal preference when to top. Honestly you can pretty much do whatever you like to your plant as long it is in veg without doing damage, (as long as you don't go all out and kill it :b). Topping and general plant training is all about shaping your plant into a form or structure of your personal preference 😉 I get that some of these things might be a bit hard to grasp if you don't have much experience in growing plants or weed. I wouldn't recommend you to do topping before you have grown out a few plants naturally/LST. Neither would I recommend to top if you depent on the yield of the plant and isn't sure what you are doing, simply just to avoid reducing your yields 😊 Personally I don't top before I fell the plant has put out some solid roots and started growing properly, not that you can't do it earlier you just have a risk of hurting the plant to the point of no return 😉

Hi Hotdamnitman Every one likes different times and heights for topping. Some people do it straight after 2 nodes. Other when 5th nod appears. It is really up to you and your plant Growth and Health status. I personally done it on first node whit plant high off 6cm. And it worked great. Done at node 2/3/4 and it always showed great benefits. Best way to decide When to top should be when you feel your girl is Growing vibrantly, quick and healthy. Depends at what high you will do topping if you plan To 1-to save stretch space 2-to train for more bud sites and les popcorn buds. 3-to prepare for Scrog method 4-to achieving better light coverage So is up to you let the plant talk to you and decided to top her depending on your needs. Hope this helps And good luck with your grow.

For the first topping, a good rule of thumb is to cut the plant above the 5th node—this will give you enough branches on the bottom for the plant to bush out properly. You can also top the plant above the 3th node.
