First grow in new grow room

So idk what's going on with these things the first set I started in good soil seem to have taken off but the second set doesn't look like they really took. Besides that according to this thing theyre 8 weeks old and they show zero signs of flower some are still only like 4 inches tall. Some have curled leaves and look like they may have a pH issue. Idk I'm still figuring out these new garden bed things. I'm going to clone all my outdoors and put the clones in the 4x8 so hopefully I will figure it out before then.
