@Growery, well i did it on plant B and E and nothing on A. E was lollipoped and had the least bud B had the most bud and lst on stem and leaves. So from what i have gathered yes it helps but make sure you dont have the pipecleaners on for more than two days water will build up and mold

@Twigg0311,1) lux light meter app or similar 2) with the phone facing up center the front facing camera of phone over the plant at its center. 3) adjust light height until you get as close as possible to 24600 lux. This is how i have done it using the cheapest 1k watt ebay led lights. So far in 3 grows i have not had a problem with light burn.
