We just wait until flowers appear then she has to strech and leaves are spreading too. So give her one more week she should show flowers soon and strech too. If she continous to grow so dense rise the light and she will stretch too . You will see it in 3-4 days after rising. I would stop LST too because of her dense growig , there is less sense to go on here.
