Welcome to my strawberry lemonade harvest! Thank you for reading this diary, I really appreciate your interest and I’m happy that my effort that I put in this one didn’t got lost in here! So here is my harvest report for the strawberry lemonade from barneys farm! GROW: In the beginning she was the smallest plant with 1-2 cm between the internodes! That being said, She still developed pretty strong colas with a exceptionally homogenous growth! She took the longest to develop her buds, but didn’t took so long to ripe. Strawberry lemonade always had a really healthy green and she was really easy to control in points of nutrients (but can take much nutrients)and watering. I’m sure that I I would have give her 2 more weeks of vegetation, she could have grown much bigger, but that’s all I need! She also didn’t claim much space, nice for sog! HARVEST: Her harvest was the most annoying one I had in this grow, but it was definitely my fault because I usually let them dry out in the grow tent, but this one wasn’t completely dried out so I had a mix between wet/dry trim, which was a mess! It took me 3.5 hours with my gf and yielded 95 grams ,,wet” and 47 grams of dried buds! The amount of cuttings wasn’t so much, but more than in the Shiskaberry. BAG APPEAL: 7/10 Her buds have a classic hybrid-look; pretty tight flowers, which are not so long. I prefer sativa buds or pure indica chunky buds, so I can’t give more than 7 stars. Her pistils have a normal red/brown mix of colours and she is not that exceptionally resinous like other strains of mine, but surely more than weed of Amsterdam or from the street😉😅 SMELL: 6/10 Her smell is hard to describe, but definitely without any hints of strawberry or lemonade! Maybe this will develop within the next weeks of curing, but so far she smells pretty much like chlorophyll/ forest-like, with a touch of cream. I really don’t like the smell that much, I’m spoiled with the smell of Shiskaberry or blue gelato 🍧 SMOKE: 9/10 Her smoke I an easy one! Didn’t made me cough, really good taste so you don’t want to pass the joint😅 something between vanilla cream and citrus! EFFECT: 8/10 The effect is body relaxing and chilled, without hitting you in the couch; that’s the thing I like about strawberry lemonade! She is a cool strain to chill with friends in the park on a sunny day, doesn’t boosts you away like Shiskaberry does, but gives you a body relaxed feeling and a happy time. You’re really hungry with this strain, and after a few hours you’ll fall into sleep without having control of your body. But the effect is also giving you happiness and creativity! The Objects you see when you are outside in the fields are like drawn from a naturalistic artist, and you have the honour to live and to walk in that painting. So all in all a really nice effect, which gives you a happy time! Despite the fact that she’s not the smelliest and not the most beautiful plant in my tent, I really like the effect she gives me! And because the effect is the aspect I care the most about, strawberry lemonade still deserves 8/10 stars in total😋 See you on the next harvest!

hi @TheDoctor , eggshell is a good source of magnesium but it is not always enough to correct a deficiency. due to the coloring of the leaves it seems to me the beginning of calcium or magnesium deficiency. I would apply calmag, because it has both nutrients present. good luck mate 👍

Hey guys, i think that my Shiskaberry might have a sativa genetic; she has long and green leaves, grows tall and lean and she is really Bericht coloured... what do you think?

wow it is looking great. I didn't know about shiskaberry, looked at the infos and see it is almost a pure indica.leaf structure may vary a lot, right now I'm growing a pure sativa and leaves looking like indica.I think any crossing process to make strains suitable for indoors change structural formations like this.you may have a sativa dominant pheno coming from the earlier crosses of that blueberry.maybe you'll get hard hitting, couchlocking indica with the fruits or maybe you'll get some head higher buzz with them.anyway these plants look really amazing.love the color.

Hi! I‘m asking myself if my peyote critical might be already ready for harvest? I took a sugarleave and put it under my microscope and some trichomes are slightly amber but some are completely transparent...

Hi! My LSD and the Blue Gelato 41 start to develop some yellowish patches on the leaves... Do you know what it could be? for me it looks quite like nitrogen deficiency but i'm not sure... Should i try to take care of it or should i leave them like this in their final 2 weeks?

Hey TheDoctor. Thats actually a calcium deficiency - you can tell from the spots. Its usually caused by a pH imbalance but can also be caused by a lack of calcium (less often) Since you are flushing its perfectly normal for the plant to become deficient in calcium as plants take almost as much calcium as they do phosphorus. During the flush you want to get rid of nitrogen and calcium. This is because they contribute to that bad "fresh cut grass" smell and taste. So definitely dont add nutrients, just keep flushing them and ignore any deficiencies. I sometimes let my leaves go crispy and yellow from lack of calcium which has a direct effect on the smell and taste by getting rid of that "harsh" or "grass" taste which is mainly caused by nitrogen and calcium.
