First Outdoor Grow - Green Crack (fem)

2nd week of potted outdoor grow. Been a rainy week, the plant gets a bit of splash during rain but no direct hits. Not a big difference from last week. Still no nutrients. Once it gets bit bigger, I will repot into some fox farms soil and will use Dr. Earth Bud and Bloom Booster once I get into flowering. Thinking of topping, is that advised for a first grow?
