I just can judge what i can see. Because of having no datas of your plant ( 1 week diary)
You did fimming and defoilating, looks good, The colour on the most pictures look alittle yelloisch, but that can be the light too. Because the pictures from the bottom are there the green looks good.
Maybe look for stronger light for the flowering mode, your 30 watts wont be enough for the plant
so having only a few informations i just can tell a few
