First Picture:
Plant A [A Jack): center bottom. This is the solo Jack Herer plant I started in the Rockwool cube, and has formed into a stocky rectanglular plant. It’s only 15 inches from the top of the canopy to soil, but theres only about three gallons in there. The transplant from solo cup to 1 gallon quart was easy for A jack since I started the seed in a Rockwool cube. It’s roots grew quicker and were well developed in the solo cup. Unfortunately this risking childhood Star got mixed up in the wrong nutes. When I was using Fox Farm’s Big Bloom and Grow Big nutrients in week 8 the tips of the leaves started to burn. It’s started to get better, but when I went to flowering it’s still persisting so I am only using water until I’m done.
4.22 update: based on week 7 pictures I think this plant got PH lockout, then in week 9/10 it got nute burn.
Plant B: top right. A GSC strain that was also started in a Rockwool cube leading to an easy transition into the gallon pot of soil. I unfortunately snapped two branches on this one. The first recovered no problem but the second I had to tape up and hasn’t regained its strength, The buds surprisingly don't seem to have been that impacted. This plant started developing curled tips around the fifth week of flowering but the buds look very healthy.
Plant C: top middle. Full disclaimer: plant C could easily be the original plant D. The re-pot of these plants did NOT go as planned. First big lesson I learned this grow was to have patience when it comes time to upgrade your pot size. From Veg onward plant C has become my number one topped plant. She grew tall and firm, and has developed great sinsemillas.
Plant D: far left, The Queen. I didn't think the Queen was going to last to be honest. In early veg her growth lacked vs the other plants. Since she was a slow grower I opted to not top her and I'm glad I didn't. Her main Cola is developing beautifully and is going to be great when harvested.
Plant E: bottom right. Zero to Hero. Plant E wasn't expected to make it from the start. She lacked in growth in almost all phases, and her branches grew out in all shapes and forms. That said her Colas look dank. At the end of veg I trimmed a decent portion of the under growth and I'm glad I did since this plant has focused all it's energy on the buds.
Looks like you had a bit of a phosphorus deficiency that later cleared up when you started using nutes. If that is actually the case I would question your soil as the plants were way to small to be having that problem at that time
This to me looks more like over-fertilizing. For me the best is 1 fertilizer 1 water. Much water and a revive/root solution after water or with the water i think it would be great. Anyway as i see them is no reason to worry. It looks like you will have a great harvest!
