So far a good week. I'm happy with the progress of my learning. Been some great weather at the moment so plants a soaking it up. Still cold at night, maybe colder due to the clear skies. I firmly believe it's just a plant. Like all plants, they learn to adapt... I think? Please tell me what you think? Dont have full measuring equipment. Only a temperature sensor. However, as my experience grows I will invest in better equipment.

Hello fellow growers, as a newbie I am trying test myself of knowledge and intuition. I've seen a couple of growers using a dandelion tea as a foliar spray. Can anyone tell me the benefits of this method, if any?

Hi @BraveheartGenetics Dandelions are high in antioxidants, vitamins and minerals, including vitamins A, C, D, E, & B complex, calcium, potassium, magnesium, iron, zinc, manganese, copper, choline, and boron. Although the root, leaves, and flower are all used, it is the root that seems to be Foraged edible dandelions flowers and greens with jar of dandeli most effective for medicinal purposes. It is consumed in various forms, including an extract, tea/coffee, wine, ale/beer, leaves (in a salad), powder, or capsules. The ground root can be roasted and used as a replacement for coffee, as it provides natural energy and even has a similar taste. In addition to being a natural stimulant, it is also an excellent diuretic, and has lots of potassium, which can be lost with other types of diuretics. It is therefore often used as a detoxifying agent. Good luck mate 👍

Hi Brave, healthy looking plant you have there 👌 Once the white pistil hairs appear, you can start adding flowering nutes - I usually do a fluent transition to flowering nutes.

Hi troops, Should I be seeing pistols by now? She is still growing strong and looks healthy apart from a couple of leaves. Still the right sex and no balls anywhere. I'm just worried nothing will happen when its supposed to.

Hey brave, This far along you should at least be able to see some preflowers...but you'd need to get some nice clear close ups of where the nodes are. But it may be that you won't tell for sure until the light hours decrease a bit more. My outdoor typically doesn't start showing me much until the end of july.

Hi everyone, hope you can help. I've noticed a few issues with her. My PH hasn't been great. A little too alkaline sometimes. Should I put her into a larger pot or is it to late for that?

If your in veg it is never too late to transplant, you have the time to wait for her to recover before switching to flower. Cheers friend
