my tap water is ~250ppm... i don't have issues. depends on what those elements are and what concentration they will be... some stuff is good to have.. just like in hard water. you will need more precise information to make an educated decisions, or you can test it out with one plant for an entire grow -- important in case of slow buildup to observe for a long enough period of time. RO? reverse osmosis? people use it all the time. again, some fertilizers may expect you to mix with tap water, which is more often alkaline.. just make sure pH and such comes out. you may need some additional Ca, Mg, Fe or even Cl, but it's not for certain... you'll ahve to watch and see.. your fertilzer labels will be of great use to make a good guess.

You should be ok. There's not a ton of balls and the one you got a pic from, even if it opened chances are the pollen stayed within that sticky bud. Cheers

leaf septoria is a bunch of pail spots.. think this is nutrient related. canoeing and rust on tips.. could be a few things.. first, ensure what you give it is properly pH's second, use my or any other nute calculator and add up what you provide to help deduce what's going on or if something is missing. pH, concnetrations and ratios of what you provide are all equally important to availability of each individual element to the plant (internal chemistry, not selective due to roots.. water is absorbed through a semi-permeable memebrane.. no 'selection' is happening there unless the molecule is literally too big to fit through.) the heat could be causing the canoeing too, but the tip burn isn't. you can use a leaf chart (also linked in my profile comments - same with nute calc), but you'll want to calculate ppm of what you feed if you expect to make an educated guess as to what is going on.
