Auto Chemdawg in Alberta

July 16: Looking quite nice and smells great. Still being slow to actually ripen but it’s getting there. Some leaves starting to discolour that I’ve been taking off. July 19: buds are ripening but not done yet. The plant has always been yellowish but this discolouration seems to be senescence so the plant is nearing the end of its life. Will harvest soon but not just yet as the buds are still putting on weight. July 21: still ripening and the smell is amazing 😳. Love it. Harvested a 25 g wet bud limb for, you know, quality assurance. Was going to just be using water but the buds aren’t ripening quickly so I’ve given it another round of molasses which is good for potassium (K) which should help flowering without giving a chemical taste to the buds.
