Zamaldelica are doing really well in their natural environment. Well, as close to natural as a poly-hybrid from Asia and Africa could be.
This week was full of tropical rainstorms. Strong wind whipping plants side to side. And the rain lasted all day long.
Plant 1 and plant 2 are growing big and taller. This is expected. I don’t think she will be over two meters. Pistils are showing. No feeding yet but I think I’ll need to feed next week. I think heavy rain leaches off good part of the nutrients.
Clone from plant 1 and plant 2 quickly shot up after transplanted to 20-liters basket. Clone from plant 2 seemed to have more branches and growing better. I have trimmed small branches off to dress the structure.
Plant 3 is producing dense flower. I held her back in 7-liters container. I only re-planted her in 20-liters basket last week. And she stretches and grew with more soil. Flowering is faster and thicker.
I think auto versions are made from this denser and smaller phenotype.
